Cooperative Fire Rate Agreements - Package Posted on Website
The new forms, rates, and instructions are available on our website at http://www.azsf.az.gov/fire_managment/fire_business_management/cooperative_fire_rate_agreements_CFR.asp

Please complete a new rate form with any and all equipment that you wish to make available.

The ending date on the rate agreement needs to be April 15, 2010 for fire departments within my District.

Please send a hard copy and electronic copy to my district office.

Changes in this package:
  • Equipment Rates & Light Vehicle Rates went up.
  • CAFS rate will be constant.  If you have a CAFS vehicle, the CAFS rate will apply, irregardless of order or usage.
  • Light vehicle rates are now included in the state rate sheet (the USDA R-3 rates are not being updated anymore, so we developed our own)
  • In lieu of a specific rate amendment, a default in-state “planned event” rate is listed in general provisions that designates a standard reduced equipment rates for severity patrols, rx burns, etc.
  • Allowances for three different travel policies:  State, GSA, or Cooperator .

Contact me with any questions.
